- Jimmy Yu Added 2018-06-15★ ★ ★ ★ ★Left Shaw active, waited for Can Com to activate the line. Technically there was no downtime. Had a small hiccup receiving a signal, but turns out it was my router's fault, not Can Com's modem. Spoke with tech at Can Com who advised to perform a hard reset on the router and it worked. Speed is now doubled from Internet 15 with Shaw to Internet 30 with Can Com. Cost went from $60+ a month to $43 with no data cap. Techs at Can Com were very quick to respond to emails to assist with problem. I would definitely recommend these guys.
